Nobody at your event should be waiting for a car.
Rooms, arrivals, shuttles, departures. One coordinator, one number, one invoice.

The shape of your event
Tell us the size. We’ll show you the shape.
Most people underestimate guest movement by half. See yours.

coverage
- One named coordinator, on site for the whole event
- A control desk running from the day before to the day after
- A written run sheet you approve before anyone moves
- One consolidated GST invoice at the end
An estimate to start the conversation, not a quote. It assumes roughly three guests per car and that most guests need transport at both ends. Your real plan is built against your actual arrival times, venues and hotels.

What we run
Different events, the same discipline.

Weddings
Multi-day, multi-venue, everyone at once.

Corporate events
Offsites and launches, one invoice.

Conferences
Hundreds in by morning, out by evening.

Collaborative events
Festivals and exhibitions, with partners.
Why people hand us the whole thing
We own the cars. That changes everything.
- One coordinator, one number
- A control desk, 24×7
- Cars assigned, never auctioned
- Guests track their own rides
- Price agreed up front, in writing
- An all-electric fleet
What planners ask first
The practical questions.
How far ahead should we book?
For a wedding, six to eight weeks gives us room to plan properly. We have turned events around in a week, but the run sheet is better when it is not rushed.
Can you handle guests arriving on different days?
That is the normal case, not the exception. Send us the guest list with arrival details and we build the waves around it.
Do you arrange the hotel rooms too?
Yes, as part of the event. We do not sell rooms on their own; they are arranged inside a complete event, which is how we can hold the price and the timing together.
Do you cover events outside Guwahati?
Yes. Shillong, Kaziranga, Tezpur and across the Northeast. We operate our own fleet, so a destination event does not mean handing you to a local subcontractor.
What happens when the timeline slips on the day?
It always does. That is why there is a coordinator on site with the fleet in view: cars are re-timed against what is actually happening, and you are told before you have to ask.
How is it priced?
A written quote against your run sheet, agreed before anything moves. One consolidated GST invoice at the end. No surge on your date, whatever the date is.
