How do I book a cab or trip with Smarto?

Book a cab online at smartoindia.com/book, or message or call us on WhatsApp at +91 70990 13815, 24x7. For trips, tell us where, when and who is travelling, and we reply with a plan and one all-in quote.

What does Smarto offer in Guwahati and the Northeast?

Smarto runs its own all-electric cab fleet in Guwahati for airport and railway station transfers, city rides and hourly rentals, plus cabs to Shillong and across the Northeast. We also plan tour packages, and book flights, hotels and transport for companies, weddings and events.

Does Smarto charge surge pricing?

No. Smarto fares are fixed when you book, with no surge for rain, rush hour, festivals or late-night pickups. The fare you are quoted is the fare you pay.

What is Smarto's cancellation policy?

City, airport, railway, Sonapur and Shillong cabs can be cancelled free up to 1 hour before pickup; within the hour there is a ₹200 charge. Rescheduling is free up to 1 hour before, then ₹100. Outstation trips must be cancelled at least a day ahead, and their advance payment is not refundable.

How can I pay for a Smarto ride?

Pay online when you book on smartoindia.com/book, or choose cash. Trips and packages are quoted on WhatsApp with the payment details.

How much does a Northeast India tour package cost?

Smarto's Northeast journeys show an estimated price for two for the whole trip, from ₹28,500; Smarto Exclusive journeys start from ₹48,000 for two. Your final all-in quote depends on your dates, hotels and group size.

Do I need a permit to visit Arunachal Pradesh or the Northeast?

Indian visitors need an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram and Manipur; Assam, Meghalaya and Tripura need none. Foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit for Arunachal. Smarto plans the permits into every Arunachal journey and tells you exactly what we need from you.
